Trees4Bees – Growing a Greener Future for Pollinators
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) outline the rules and regulations for participation in the Trees4Bees program (“the Program”). By applying for or receiving trees from Trees4Bees, applicants agree to comply with these T&Cs.
1. Program Purpose
The purpose of the Trees4Bees program is to provide free pollinator-friendly trees to community organizations, schools, businesses, and other entities that promote biodiversity, pollinator protection, and habitat restoration.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, applicants must:

Be a community-minded organization, school, business, or individual committed to creating or enhancing pollinator-friendly spaces.

Submit a detailed application describing their project’s vision, goals, and how the trees will benefit pollinators and the community.

Have the resources and capability to plant and maintain the trees provided by Trees4Bees.
3. Application Process

Submission: Applications must be completed via the online application form provided on the Trees4Bees website.

Review: Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis or based on project merit.

Selection: Selected applicants will be notified and provided with details regarding tree delivery and planting guidelines.
4. Tree Distribution

Trees are provided free of charge, subject to availability.

Tree species will be selected in collaboration with Trees4Bees to ensure suitability for the proposed location and environmental conditions.

Trees4Bees reserves the right to determine the quantity and type of trees provided for each project.
5. Recipient Responsibilities
Recipients must:

Ensure proper planting, care, and maintenance of the trees, following guidelines provided by Trees4Bees.

Commit to planting the trees in locations that promote pollinator-friendly habitats.

Provide updates on project progress, including photographs and reports, as requested by Trees4Bees.
6. Ownership and Liability

Once delivered, trees become the property of the recipient, who assumes full responsibility for their care and maintenance.

Trees4Bees is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the planting or maintenance of the trees.
7. Sustainability Commitment
Recipients agree to:

Uphold environmental sustainability practices in all aspects of their project.

Avoid actions that would harm the provided trees or surrounding ecosystems.
8. Program Changes
Trees4Bees reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.
9. Use of Information
By participating in the Program, applicants consent to Trees4Bees using project details, photographs, and updates for promotional and educational purposes.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in the Program will be resolved amicably between the parties. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to mediation.
